1. What is BMI?
- The body mass index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and
weight to work out if your weight is healthy.
2. How to compute your BMI?
- Knowing your body mass index, or BMI, can be useful for
assessing and adjusting your weight.
3. Differentiate aerobics and unaerobics
- Aerobic metabolism requires oxygen, whereas anaerobic
metabolism does not.
- Anaerobic metabolism cannot continue indefinitely. In contrast,
aerobic metabolism can continue forever, only under theoretical
conditions.
