Hello hostelmates

I am Vivek kumar Gupta , your friendly neighbourhood standing for

hostel secretary
When I am coming from my home I decided I will go to the college
and only study and when I am taking the hostel room keys from
college gate than a world comes temporary and the things changed
from over there .
Guys we all are here for to learn , live & grow and none of this is
possible without having a place which you can call your home .
We all each other family now and our hostel is home for next two
years
So from my own experience and others , I would like to put forward
some pointers
1 – Temporary room problems , as currently 20-25 students are living
temporary and the first task of mine will be to allocate to their
permanent rooms ASAP
2- In a hot and humid state , Hydration is very important and hostels
have generally seen a lack of clean and cold water , so this issue will
be raised to the management
3 – The printers which was provided for the students benefits have
hardly working so has the wifi speed , So all the hostel block printers
will work properly and wifi also 24*7 , I will make sure of that
4- In a stressing and hectic movement , a bit of entertainment
becomes usefull , and a television in common area of hostel blocks
enables that thing
5 – As everyone knows the timings of college entry closes after 11pm
and this is also problem with many students and this issue also raised
to the manaegement.
All the problems related to hostel faculties will be solved within 24
hours I will make sure that
Rather than just calling out problems , I will be one who will take a
action because I know I am capable of doing this work
