b. All the questions in the competition will be from the four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John). The official version to be used is the New International Version (NIV). c. Participants are expected to be in the venue 30 minutes before the start of the quiz bee for the discussion of the details and orientation. d. In answering, contestants must follow proper rules in spelling and capitalization. Misspelled words will be considered wrong. e. The contestants will answer 60 questions (Multiple Choice). There will be ____ questions for Easy Round. There will be ____ questions for Average Round. There will be ____ questions for Difficult Round. For the Elimination round, all questions are worth one point. For the Finals, Easy questions are worth 2 (two) points, Average questions are worth 3 (three) points, and Difficult questions 5 (five) points. f. The quizmaster will read each question twice; after which he/she gives the GO signal. The timer starts when the quizmaster gives the GO signal. g. When the time is up, the timekeeper rings the bell/buzzer. The participant shall stop answering and show their answers to the proctors. The proctors will check each participant’s answer and record it on the tally board/sheet. h. A 60-second clincher question shall be asked in case of a tie. The first participant to get the correct answer emerges as the winner.
