CORRIGENDUM TO DM NO. 868 S. 2022 TITLED CRAFTING OF DIVISION CHILD PROTECTION

This is a corrigendum to DM No. 868, s. 2022 titled Crafting of Division Child Protection
Policy: Phase 2 originally set on December 6-7, 2022. Due to TAPOC 2022 set on
December 7, 2022, the aforementioned Phase 2 Write-shop is adjusted to December 5-6,
2022 still at Southview Hotel, Calindagan Dumaguete City.

Also, item #14 of the List of Participants is changed to Ms. Hazel Z. Ibale, School
Principal of Bolocboloc Elementary School.

3. All other provisions in the Division Memorandum No. 868 s. 2022 remain in effect.
