Good day Ma'am,

Slnce the beglnnlng of the global pafldemk, people have experlenced difficultie in thek dafto-day lfe.
A lot of things were affected and a lot of things required a great deal of changes. However, there are also
several needs that we need to attend to aside from the pandemic necessities. Thii includes the ability to
proyide suffrcient supply of blood units for patients undeqoing dialysis treatment, zurgery, childbirth and
other emertency cases such as bleeding by gunshot wounds or vehicular aeidents.

Ovr Dugong Guro, Dugong Bqyoni Wotram have been put on hold due to the pandemic and our blood
supply hes dropped to none on some days. We are experiencing dfficuhies in increasing our blood supply
for our pati€nts.

Gratefully by the past several weeks, the numb€r of positive Covid-19 patients has already been
decreasing, our heahh restrictions ar€ already on lsvel 1, th€refors, ure would tike to take advafitagE of
this opportunity. May we asl for your help and support to re-€stablish our Dugang cutq Dugong fu1mni
activities to house readily available blood units for patients in need. Rest assured that we will stillfollow
prop€r h€alth protocols during th€ sald activity.

Your continuin8 support and effort are greatv beneficialto those whoare in need. Here attached is Region
Memorandum no. 166, s. 2018 of DepEd Region X. For clarifrcations and queries, you may contact us
through this numbrr, G,178!,50357.

we are hoping for your positive response on this regard. Thank you and God bless.
