The pandemic brought about by COVID-19 has affected a lot of aspects in the world.

Economies
have slowly declined as production and supply of goods decrease because of the delayed deliveries of
raw materials. Many business entities have closed down, international market trading declined and
health crisis, poverty and unemployment rate have arose. These effects have led current globalized
world to slow down future innovations thus results to a rollback of profits. The pandemic’s impact on
globalization will depend on how long will the people in position fight back through imposing concrete
plans to be able for the people and business entities to survive this pandemic. The worst could possibly
happen if the spread of the COVID-19 virus is not contained. The current forecasts mentioned in the
article are already stages towards the collapse of economy though it still hasn’t shown but could
possibly happen if globalization gains continuous to rollback.

Moreover, people have started to suffer mentally and socially as mostly are unfortunately
encouraged or forced to stay at home as one step on containing the virus. Young adults are trying their
best to keep themselves entertained despite not being able to socialize physically. Classes, business
meetings, personal agenda meetings are forced to just do it digitally in order to be safe from the virus.
This only implies that COVID-19 makes it hard for globalization to continue.
