Chosen Topic: FOOTNOTE TO YOUTH

(Poem Adaptation)

Title: "REMINDING THE YOUTH."

Footnote to youth,

Is a reminder of sooth.

That in this world,

Teenage life must be pearled.

That in this world,

The beauty of teenage life must be discerned.

Everyone says that "Right thing comes at a right time."

When we wait, it will be worth it, we will shine.

There's no need to hurry,

Cause in the right time, we will be happy.

We can be happy without marrying early.

Marrying at an early stage seems scary.

Love is a powerful weapon,

It can build at the same time ruin a person.

There's no wrong in loving,

To be exact it's the most precious feeling.

We should just be reminded that

We should not take romantic love very fast.

Also, if we think what we would say,

Will be for someone's sake,

We should spell it out,

We should say it without doubt.

Let us not be afraid to be left behind,

Let us cherish every bit of our side.

We should marry if we think we can already handle a big responsibility.

We should marry if we think we are matured and grown already.

Because marrying is not an easy thing,

Marrying also means sacrificing.

And if we think we're not yet ready to sacrifice,

Let us just make marrying subside.

Footnote to youth is a great reminder.

It also served as an eye opener

That taking everything fast,

Will might make us wish to went back to past.
