AGREEMENT

WE, MR. WIRLO PAOLO C. ESPINEDA, Teacher I of Sumoroy Agro-Industrial School,

Palapag, Northern Samar, and MRS. MARIA TERESA A. ORSUA, Teacher I of Cabatuan National
High School, Palapag, Northern Samar, would like to exchange our teaching stations due to the following
reasons:

1. That, I, MRS. MARIA TERESA A. ORSUA, is a nursing mother to a six-month old baby
who needs much care, guidance and attention, together with my other child aged 5 years old; a resident of
Brgy. Benigno Aquino Jr. where Sumoroy Agro-Industrial School is nearly located; and I served
Cabatuan National High School for a decade now.

2. That, I, MR. WIRLO PAOLO C. ESPINEDA,

3. That, we both are willing to exchange our work stations.

4. For the good of the public service.
