LETTER OF ADVICE/OPINION

Solidarity greatings, I with all humility write to the electoral committee regarding the electoral process.
I herein commend the effort of the electoral committee in ensuring a free and fair election.

It has come to my notice that the timeline for the electoral process has been altered without notifying
the general populace of the association. I believe there are passersby and observers who are in this
regard questioning the integrity of the electoral committee.

I will suggest a letter or notice is issued alongside the screening result if available to notify the
members of the association about the change or little adjustments in the timeline for clarity.

As a progressive member of the association I seek to protect the dignity of the association and all
activities regarding the association.
