WHEREAS, Section 17, Arlicle II of the 1987 Constitution provides that “The State shall give priority to education, science and technology, als, culture and sports to foster patriotism’ and nationalism, accelerate social progress, and promote Total human liberation and development"; WHEREAS, the Bar Examination is the govemment licensure examination for lawyers under the direction and supervision of the Supreme Court; WHEREAS, the result of the Bar Examination was released on April 29, 2020, to include in the list of passers, ATTORNEY CLAUDETIE ABIGAIL BARIA DE LARA from the Mariano Marcos State University and a native of the Municipality of Solsona, llocos Norte: WHEREAS, through her dedication, diligence, focus. determination, confidence and intelligence, ATTORNEY CLAUDETTE ABIGAIL BARIA DE LARA brings pride not only io her family but the entire Municipality of Solsona, locos Norte; WHEREAS, by recognizing her achievement of the Bar Examination for the year 2019, the Municipality of Solsona, llocos Norte helps in the promotion of a culture of excellence in our community; WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon.
