CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE


Required Skills & Competencies:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Must be fluent in English & Urdu communication.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide

• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a

Qualification: Minimum intermediate / bachelor degree
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to
customer service problems. from reputable university.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 1 year of call center
• Following up customer calls where required.

CRM.
