16. In the event that the Authority decides to extend the period
of service, the Contractor will be notified in writing.

suitable candidates shall disqualify the vendor from this ITQ.

Price Format
All Bidders shall be required to submit their prices in accordance to the template below:

3. The Table below indicates the Placement Fee and the Monthly Administration Fees to be
charged by the Bidder:

a) The monthly administra tion fee is paid to the manpower agency for its work done managing
. the
administration of the candidate,e.g.payroll processing,leave maintenance, handling of all admin matters
pertaining to the candidate.
b) The monthly administration fee shall be pro-rated for any incomplete month of work.
c) For candidates that are paid on hourly rates, the Contractor shall charge Users the monthly administration
fee based on the working hours and the fee shall be subjected to a maximum of 44 Working hours per week
for candidates under full-time employment or a maximum of 36 working hours per week for candidates under
part-time employment.
