C. Any Equipment that remains uncollected for over a week after being repaired will incur storage charges.
D. Turn around time for Machines is at minimum 24 hrs.
E. For branded Computer systems, monitors allow 10 working days turn around time.
F: No Warranty on Cartridges and Toners.
G: No Warranty on Speakers, Keyboards and Mice.
WARRANTY SERVICE WILL NOT BE OFFERED IF:
A. Proof of purchase is not produced on demand.
B. A power protecting system is not used I.e. Uninterruptible power Supply unit.
C. Mishandling of the machine i.e. exposing it to undesirable conditions i.e. high humidity, heat or moisture, and or excessive shock.
D. Defacing or removal of warranty label and unauthorized opening of the machine.
E. There is a case of fault voltage , fire, flood or other similar events.
F. There is any physical damage to the products caused by mishandling.
G. Software corruption due to user problems and or attracts from Viruses.
