GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) On site electricity and water will be supplied free of charge by the Main Contractor/ Customer

2) Adequate material storage space on site will be provided for by the Main Contractor/ Customer.

3) Hoisting facilities for vertical transportation of our material will be provided without charge by the Main
Contractor/Customer.

4) In cases where ceiling height is higher than 3.5 m from the floor level, the Main contractor/Customer
shall provide without charge adequate platform for our workers.

5) Our quotation does not included FSB submission or shop drawing for partition, ceiling, wall paneling
& sprinkle system work.

6) All rubbish on our part of work shall be cleared to a designated dumping area by the Main Contractor.

7) All bricks, concrete & partition walls are to be plastered and made flat before handing over for
acoustic treatment works.

8) All M&E the service works shall be completed before the start of treatment works. Modification to
existing M&E to accommodate acoustic design will be carried out and expense borne by the Main
Contractor/Customer.

9) Any extra material or labor incurred due to variation from initial proposed drawings or changes in
the required scope of work shall be adjusted according to the unit rate quoted.

10) Payment will be made in Dollars Singapore (SGD$) to ALPHA ACOUSTICS ENGINEERING PTE LTD
according to the terms of payments specified in the quotation.
