Abstract

A learning bank is an online portal that stores study materials.

Students will be able to access the study materials they require for their
studies as a result of this. Students who take the ICT strand have a lot of
problems when it comes to study materials. Integration of Information,
Communication, and Technology (ICT) will assist teachers in meeting the global
demand for technology-based teaching and learning tools and facilities to
replace traditional teaching methods. ICT is regarded as one of the most
important elements in transforming the country for future development. The
purpose of this study is to inform the ICT learners of Batangas Eastern
Colleges that accessing study materials through a website will make their
learning status more convenient. A survey questionnaire was distributed
randomly to the total of 20 senior high school ICT students from Batangas
Eastern College. The data for this quantitative research were analyzed for
descriptive. The results indicate that all students agree that they struggle to
learn due to the lack of study materials. Findings indicate that ICT students
must seek out their desired learning materials, making it difficult for them to
find the study materials they require. Some ICT students, however, do not.
Although the difficulty of having students focus on a screen for extended
periods of time is common in online learning, a learning bank database would
add fun activities to students' classes. For the future studies, there is a need
for consideration of other aspects of ICT integration especially from
management point of view in regard to strategic planning and policy making.

METHODOLOGY

This chapter explained in detail the various methods, steps, ethical

approaches, and instruments that helped the researchers in gathering and
interpreting the data related to the study. This section includes research
designs, respondents, statistical formulae, procedures, and ethics.

*The purpose of this study is to inform the ICT learners of Batangas Eastern Colleges

that accessing study materials through a website will make their learning status more convenient.

This study intends to inform students that having simple access to study resources is the best

approach to learning that will help ICT students at Batangas Eastern Colleges improve their

skills and knowledge.

Research Design
The researchers used a descriptive research design wherein this study placed
emphasis primarily on describing relationships among variables (Quaranta,
2017).
