    implementation of Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA), the undersigned hereby informs your
    Office that starting January 11, 2021, the adoption of the herein indicated Work Arrangement
    Schedule shall be implemented in their school.

    Accordingly, he would like to request that the same be approved so as to ensure effective
    implementation in the school governance level.
