I’m capable of doing delivering of instruction through student engagement, and the areas
that I need to improve is planning instruction through organization and structure of the lesson.
Ever since this skill that I lacked because of laziness. That’s why I will invest my time and effort
to ensure that the structure of the lesson is organized by using SMART objectives. It will help
the pupils to meet their educational goals, allows for efficient use of online platform or even
face-to-face time and keeps the lesson on tracks regardless of distractions. That’s why I want to
