Warning: When upgrading the software V2.5 to V3.0, you must back up the following
data due to the compatibility problem: Patient Data, Image Preset, System Preset

CP800 Printer When you set the wrong printer paper size and the printing does not proceed,
1) Check the printer paper size. (There is no alert message for the wrong paper size

setting.)

2) Press the System Preset key and go to System > Peripheral, and then click the setting

icon.

3) Select CP800 Printer.

4) Select a waiting print task and select Cancel.

Caution: You must delete the waiting task in the list after you set the paper size.

MITSUBISHI How to set MITSUBISHI printer,


Printer 1) Connect a printer to the system. Copy(1) driver is added.

2) Press the System Preset key and go to System > Peripheral and click Printer and Faxes
list icon.

3) Select MITSUBISHI driver and Copy(1), and then remove the both.

(You must remove the both drivers. The printer list is not updated and the deleted drivers
remain on the list.)
4) Reboot your system.

USB HDD When the backup medium is USB HDD, do not connect it to the USB port on the front
side of the system.
1) Problem: The system makes a noise when the system recognizes the USB HDD and the

data loss for the USB HDD may occur.


2) Solution: You must connect a USB HDD to the USB port on the rear side of the system.

Image Store Save images after registering a patient ID.


1) Problem: When you register a patient ID and select End Exam after saving images with

no patient ID, the saving time takes longer.

ECG When ECG Display is set to ON, reboot the system after connecting or disconnecting the
ECG cable.
1) Problem: The ECG waveform is not shown or a crash occurs. (This will be fixed in the

next version)

2) Solution: Reboot the system after connecting or disconnecting the ECG cable.
