How these words communicate patriarchy?

- These words communicate patriarchy in a way that emphasizes men as stronger
and/or superior to women. For example, based on our shared ideas, is that when
you are a girl you are expected to be “mahinhin” and “emosiyonal” and when you
are a boy you are expected to be “matikas” and “basagulero”. Another example, is
that haligi ng tahanan are expected to be “responsible” and “matatag”, while ilaw
ng tahanan is expected to be “maaruga” and “maasikaso”. According to these
completed phrases, men and women have different traits or characteristics based
on what society views them as. Women shouldn't be considered superior, and men
shouldn't be considered weak and vulnerable, which again communicates as
patriarchy.
