Drafting Service Agreement for CAD- 2D/3D, Visualization, Animation

I. Scope of work:
1. High-Quality Photo-realistic Rendering of 3D models given by client/owner

Note: Drafting and Rendering work only, we will not be responsible for the design of the model, The model shall be the sole
responsibility of the designer.

II. Terms of Payment, Owner agrees to pay the following;

Agreed Total project cost is Php ____________ and shall be paid progressively as follows;
50% Down-payment: Php _____________
50% Full Payment upon submission Php _____________
Payment to be paid via GCash no. 09158851676

III. Submissions of required services

All Deliverable as per stated quantity and service requirement, including source raw files.
48 hours upon receipt of down-payment, or as per agreed date of submission, on ____ ___, 2021 _________am/pm
Kindly allow a contingency plan, a 1-day time allowance in case of a power outage or any connection failure.

IV. Methodology 2D Drafting and 3D rendering;

1. Assessment of given 3D model, (to be submitted by client), Assessment of 2D Requirements.

2. Assessment of required textures, finishes for walls, ceilings, and floors (to be submitted by client)
3. Assessment of required accessories for the rendering (for client approval, prior to rendering)
4. Prior to 3d rendering we will have coordination with the client/owner for the approval of all requirements of the drawing.
5. Rendering, initial submittal for approval
6. Final submittal for approval
7. Revisions if needed. Re-submission. Project closing.

Revision note; revision fee applicable for major changes in the model only. (sometimes it’s free, it depends)

VII. Quality Policy

All works shall be performed with high-quality workmanship by a qualified Architectural Visualizer, Cad Operator, Graphic
artist.
