Job Role : Telecom Customer Care Executive – Call Center/Relationship Center v2
Duration : 550 Hours (Theory : 180 Hours + Practical : 220 Hours + OJT : 150 Hours)
Total Target Received : 250
Center Requirement :
1. Classroom : 2 (With Basic Infra such as Chairs, Tables, White Board, etc.
2. Lab : 1 (Equipped with 20 to 25 Computers/Students Chairs/Headphones)
3. Reception Area : 1
4. Counselling Room : 1
5. Washrooms : 2 (Male + Female)
6. Availability of CCTV
7. Availability of Drinking Water
*Most importantly, the center should be within 1 KM radius of College More.
Partners Responsibility :
1. Center Setup (In case there is no computer system, then we may provide the same.)
2. Mobilization of Candidates
3. Training (Partner will provide Trainer & we’ll onboard them in our system)
4. Final Assessment of the candidate.
5. Will help us in Hand Holding the candidates.
WTPL Responsibility :
1. Target allocation
2. Liaison with PBSSD for payment & other requirements.
3. Content
4. Trainer onboarding
5. Complete Monitoring of the project
6. Arrangement of On-the-Job (OJT) for the candidates.
7. Placement of the candidates.
Payment Milestone :
There are basically two tranches of payment :
80% - After successful completion of Assessment & certification
20% - After successful post placement tracking.
Payment Ratio for partner would be 65% & for WTPL would be 35%.
