Big cities such as Barcelona are increasing in the number of cars on the streets.

Mayors are trying to reduce the number of the privately owned transport.

First, cycling is one of the most popular choices for going to work. Nowadays
Barcelona is plenty of cycle paths as a result of the increasing levels of carbon
dioxide. However, cycle paths are generating around the city centre big traffic
jumps.

Secondly, it’s common share your car with a friend or family member. On the
other hand, you don’t have to refuel the tank of your car and on the other hand,
it’s a way to spend time with a friend or family member.

Third, public transport as well as cycling are typical ways to move around. The
negative thing is getting more expensive each year and also the infrastructure is
getting old. Of course, that disadvantages can be reduce by spending on public
transport more money.

To sum up there’s a plenty of ways to reduce pollution. Personally, I believe

public transport should be the primary option.
