2. Strategic (including Business and social Goals) and Annual Action plans & Budget.
3. Organizational structure.
4. Latest Interim and Audited Financial statement.
5. RiskAssessment Matrix.
6. Books of Accounts, receipts, vouchers, invoices, ledgers and all other supporting schedules,
accounting and bookkeeping reports regularly prepared.
7. Promissory Notes, Securities, Loan schedules and other Loan Documents.
8. Set of policies, systems and procedures.
9. List of officers/Board of Directors, Management Team/Staff.
10. Minutes of meetings of BODs, Committees and Management.
