Team Coordinator (India/International)


➔ Understand the Purpose
➔ Support the Team Members
➔ Training the Team Mates
➔ Cold Calling
➔ Followup calls
➔ Connecting to the decision makers (Own Call / Connected by Team)
➔ Meeting the call goals
➔ Ensuring the full coverage of data assigned to you and your team
➔ Updating the list with latest info on key persons and their details
➔ Sending the emails both promotionals and follow up through campaigns and supervision.
➔ Keeping him/herself updated in terms of product knowledge and industry updates.
➔ Submission of proper EOD report in prescribed format in detail.
➔ Maintain the list of Hot and Super hot prospects and submit it periodically.
➔ Segregate the prospective institutions based on your communication in categories like
cold, warm, interested etc and maintain the communication on the same lines.
➔ Recording the comments and proper feedback in CRM.
➔ Plan your work for the entire week (ensuring full coverage in a month's time) in advance
and work accordingly.
➔ Maintain the list of challenges faced during the calls and report them promptly seeking
the resolution of the same.
