MISSION
• We as entrepreneurs wish to provide
best in class service to our valued
customer, thus creating a benchmark
in the scrap market by introducing
revolution in kinds of service provided
keeping the eco friendly environment.

OUTLINE
 We are planning to open an online scrap business in
the FARRUKHABAD the customer would be able
to sell their scrap through app and online platforms.

 For this, we are targeting apartments, housing


societies, other residential areas, small and medium
industries, offices, colleges, schools, and beer bars,
restaurants.

 The operation will be carried out initially at


Alkapuri , Govindpuri and City Centre, Thatipur
area of Gwalior on a pilot basis. Going forward we
would go for expansion across the entire city and
outskirts of Gwalior.

OPPORTUNITY
• We are the only players who will start this type of business in
farrukhabad

• No such services available in this city.

• There are so many societies, schools, colleges, offices,


restaurants from can which we collect recyclable
scrap.Farrukhabad educational hub and the prosperity is
expected to increase with its conversion into a smart city going
forward.

• May attempt to have a tie up with local municipal corporation


in this initiative and help in contributing towards making
farrukhad City”. May become an authorized vendor of
Farrukhabad Municipal Corporation.

• Going forward cag set up our own recycling unit, thereby


increasing scale of economy and better profitability.

• This initiative will result in employment generation.

• Supporting “Reduce-Reuse-Recycle” and help clean India

Business Concept And Description


• Start a web based and app based online
scrap business with an initial Capital
contribution of INR 10 lacs from four
partners.
• The business concept and value for
customers would be communicated through
strong promotions.
• One office cum warehouse of approx 500
sq.ft area would be leased on a monthly
rental of INR 10000 (lease renewable every
three years)
• Initially we would start with two pick up
persons and one sorter.
• The scrap so collected would be stored in
our warehouse and would be sent to
recycler after an accumulation of 1500 kg of
scrap through hired van. Thus we will cut
short on the intermediaries.

GOAL AND OBJECTIVE

• To earn profit from the customer waste (scrap).


• To Eradicate the child labor (little junk
merchant).
• To recycle the waste material support the Eco
Environment.
• To Resell the books in the half rate.
• Our main goal is to finish all the mediator and
directly sell all scrap to recycler.
