Subject- Request for registering an FIR regarding the murder of my husband

I am Sana Qureshi w/o Late Aadil Qureshi r/o P-1002, Tivoli, Godrej Garden City, Ahemdabad.
I have been living in this area for 15 years. We are Afghani nationals but my husband moved to
India long ago along with his cousin brother, Shahid. My husband was involved in the business
of import and export of cloth fabric. My husband and his cousin brother, shahid didn’t had much
in common and few days back they were involved in an acrimony because my mother-in law
acted as a witness for registering marriage of Shahid’s father who has recently married to a 26
years old girl back in Afghanistan. Shahid blames my husband and my mother-in law for
breaking their house and for this he has several times in the past threatened to kill my husband so
to make him taste how it feels to break someone’s house.
One day, my husband decided to move to Canada along with my mother-in law and me, so as to
expand his business and for the same he had to convert the Nikahnama (Marriage certificate)
which was written initially in Urdu to English. Since Shahid had a great reputation in his area
and he had contacts with many people, my husband decided to approach him for help in getting it
converted.
After several days when the work wasn’t done, he went to Shahid’s office which was situated
near Sarkhej on 22 August 2022 around 5 pm, but ever since his phone was not reachable. When
me and my brother tried reaching for Shahid even his number was unreachable. When we
reached his office, the office was closed and just nearby, there was a park where a crowd was
formed, a person was lying dead, blood was oozing from his brain as he was shot down by a gun.
The man was no other than my husband, Aadil.
I am sure this heinous and inhumane act was done by Shahid as he had personal grudges with my
husband and on several occasions, he threatened him of his life. He has been missing from the
day of incident i.e., 22 August 2022.
Therefore, I kindly request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and take
appropriate action by registering an FIR based on the information that I have provided above so
that the accused can be punished and justice be served.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest as this is a matter of serious concern.
