• The learning competency was hit because both the concept of 'pakikilahok at bolunterismo' was
presented in the choices. Unlike on the original item, only the concept of 'pakikilahok' was asked.

• The term 'nagpapakita ng ugnayan' when translated would mean 'shows relationship or connection',
which under the HOTS, would be in Analyzing. The original question only asked, which of the
definitions within the choices does not fit with the concept of pakikilahok. On the original question,
the learning competency was not hit because the question would be classified under LOTS, which
is Understanding. The learning competency used the term 'naiiugnay' which translates to 'relate the
idea/s', which is under the Analyzing level of HOTS.

• In the original item, the sentence is in negative form and it is looking for the least because of the
term "maliban sa," while in the revised item, the question focuses on the positive and it is looking
for the most by asking, "Alin ang higit na nagpapakita...?"

• The typographical error "nag" was not corrected in the revised version.
