    Plaintiff stated at the bar that they do not want to proceed

    with the instant suit and want to withdraw the suit in hand against

    the defendants and prayed that the same be withdrawn.

    Keeping in view the above, the suit of plaintiff is hereby

    dismissed as withdrawn.

    File be consigned to record room after its completion and

    compilation.
