    Today, plaintiff in person appeared before the court and

    submitted an application for the withdrawal of the instant petition

    being outcome of the main case (93/1), which has also been

    dismissed as withdrawn by this court on even date.

    Keeping in view the above, the instant petition is hereby

    dismissed as withdrawn.

    File be consigned to record room after its completion and

    compilation.
