    application for withdrawal of the suit in hand.

    Attorney for plaintiffs namely Fazal Rabi stated at the bar that

    matter between the parties has been resolved through private

    compromise and prayed that the suit in hand be withdrawn. CNIC of

    Fazal Rabi is exhibited as Ex.PB.

    Keeping in view the above, the instant suit is hereby dismissed

    as withdrawn.

    File be consigned to record room after its completion and

    compilation.
