    Today, the case was fixed for plaintiff evidence, but

    plaintiff in person appeared before the court and submitted an

    application for the withdrawal of the instant suit, to this effect he

    recorded his statement that a private compromise has been

    effected between the parties and that he doesn’t want to

    proceeded the instant case further, thus, sought for the

    withdrawal of the instant suit, which is placed on file, produced

    copy of his CNIC is Ex.PA.

    Keeping in view the above, the instant suit is hereby

    dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room after

    its completion and compilation.
