withdrawal of the instant suit on the basis of private compromise

effected between the parties.

Attorney for plaintiffs namely Fazal Rabi stated at the bar

that they have patched up the matter with defendants and are no

more interested to pursue the instant suit and wants to withdraw

the same. In this respect, his statement recorded, placed on file

alongwith copy of his power of attorney (Ex.PA) and CNIC

which is Ex.PB.

Keeping in view the above, the instant suit is hereby

dismissed as withdrawn.

File be consigned to record room after its completion and

compilation.
