Over 15 respondents the Family Problems has the highest vote with a 80% or 12 respondents and Illness got the
lowest votes with 20% or 3 respondents.
•Maybe 13.3%

Most of the respondents vote YES which is they’ve also facing mental health
•I choose to stay quiet and avoid crowded places has 33.3%
•Talk about the feelings I feel with someone I trust has 40%
Over a 15 respondents the highest vote who got 40% is “Talk about the feelings I feel with someone I trust” which
is good because it can lessen the struggle he/she facing.
• It’s their coping strategy to deal with their strong emotion 92.9%
Base on the survey we can say hurting or harming themselves is the reason to dealt with their mental health
problems.
• Summary, Conclusion, and Recommendation: 1) It affects badly our emotions got mixed, it ruined our own
personalities. A lot of teenagers facing the struggle of having mental health become the cause of suicide.
Sometimes choose to attempt suicide or cutting themselves. Mental health become the worst enemy that
hard to handle. We chose to stay quiet than to speak out our feelings because we afraid to heard a hurtful
words. 2) It makes our mental health becomes worse on how the society makes fun about physical
appearance and how the society ruined our/my confidents. You need to be pretty, have a glass skin, and rich
just to be fit on the standard of society. 3) Discuss your emotions. Simply being listened to might make you
feel more supported and less alone in your troubles. Have a restful night's sleep. Sleep and mental health
are intertwined: bad sleep can affect your mental health, and poor mental health can affect your sleep Eat
well. A healthy diet can boost your mood and make you feel better. Keep moving. Physical activity is
beneficial not only to your body but also to your mind. Mindfulness is a technique for being completely
engaged and present in the present moment. Maintain contact. Friends who are supportive can help you
cope with life's challenges, make you feel cared for, and provide a new perspective on whatever is on your
mind.
• For all to be good we must be open minded about mental health, be a listener if someone needs to talk all
the problems she/he had. Don’t be judgmental if someone’s facing a mental health problem because always
remember were not stepping on the same shoes. Most mental illnesses will not improve if you try to treat
them on your own without expert help. However, there are certain things you can do for yourself that will
help you stick to your treatment plan: Stick to your treatment plan. Don't skip your counseling
appointments.
