Engelbert “Gilbert” T. Camasura, FPM, MBA is a seasoned business

and people leader known for his great passion for people. He is a strong
advocate of #advancingHR and #peoplematter in Philippines and in
creating better workplace and workforce ready for the future of work.

Gilbert has 30 years experience in various HR and business management

roles gained from local and global companies. His areas of expertise include human capital
management solutions and talent acquisition. Gilbert is the Chief Executive Officer of PM
Consulting, a preferred partner company in recruitment, RPO and HR solutions.

A graduate of Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas, he pursued further
education through an Executive Leadership Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona,
Spain and in New York, USA. Gilbert has completed his Global MBA Program at Aden
University, Miami, Florida, USA with highest honor – Summa Cum Laude. He has also
conferred the honor of being a Fellow in People Management (FPM), the Society of Fellows in
HR. His dedication to advancing HR has earned him a seat as a member of the Board of
Advisers in the Human Resource Management Program at the De La Salle – College of Saint
Benilde. He is also the partner of the world’s largest HR network – Society for Human
Resources Management (SHRM) in the Philippines.
