subject: Utilisation of funds released for implementation of pMKVy 2016-20-

reg.

consequent upon General Financial Rules issued by Ministry of Finance and

guidelines of Nlrl Aayog, Government of India regarding utilization of funds for
centrally sponsored / central sector sector scheme, all the implementing agencies /
SSDMs / NSDC under PMKW 2016-20 have to mandatorily utilize the funds only for
the purpose/category for which it were released as per sanction orders. The funds
earmarked for scsP, TSP and NER, if any, can only be utilized for the same category
for which it were released. The expenditure on beneficiaries from that segment /
geography can be booked under the relevant books of accounts.

2. This issues with the approval of competent authority.
