    The Summer Solstice exemplifies the uneven treatment of men and women. Man is superior to
    women, as what the middle of the story tried to emphasize. However, the ending of the story
    impressed us much since we found that men cannot always govern women. I understood that
    loyalty isn't enough to build a healthier relationship; everyone should feel love, affection, and
    respect, regardless of how long they've been together. I hope we have tatarin in our country after
    Dona Lupeng triumphantly made Don Paeng kiss her feet and submit to her.
