B. From what I see, Major Donald's way of managing his men is very professional.

First, when he
became the new commanding officer. He did not continue to change the way of governing, he
first observed the way and behavior of his subordinates. This is so that the changes he wants to
bring do not make his subordinates uncomfortable or the like. Next, he ordered to dig ditches
and shelters by dividing into several groups responsible for making them. This is to maintain the
health and comfort of its members and maintain the morale of its members. Major Donald's
action is to look after the welfare of his members even in the middle of the battlefield. He also
instructed the platoon leader to always check with the squad leader so that the trench digging
squad always massages their feet and changes their socks every day. This is to maintain the
health, comfort and safety of the excavator squad. He also instructed his members to shave
daily on hygiene factors and wear helmets daily on vigilance factor with enemy attacks. He also
instructed the platoon leader to check on his men who had an advantage in shooting and
cleaning their weapons. He also showed how to do patrols properly. What he did was to ensure
the readiness of his team in the face of enemy attacks. With the preparations made. He and his
team were ready to go to war.
