OBJECTIVES:
Within 25.5 hours of caring for Patient XYZ in the OB Gyne ward, I will be able to:
- KNOWLEDGE
1. Appropriately determine the subjective and objective data of the client.
2. Accurately analyze the patient's data.
3. Correctly explain prenatal care to the patient.
4. Comprehensively discuss the healthy habits during pregnancy.
5. Accurately examine the drugs prescribed.
- SKILLS
1. Accurately document the patient’s health assessment.
2. Correctly perform prenatal care.
3. Safely administer prescribed drug adhering the 6 rights.
4. Properly practice aseptic techniques.
5. Appropriately gather pertinent data.

- ATTITUDE:
1. Manifest holistic Augustinian values.
2. Promptly attend to the patient's needs.
3. Promptly convey the procedure needed to be done.
4. Tactfully respond to patient’s needs.
