NON-DEFINING CLAUSES
they are use to explain a non-necessary information.
Ex: Paul, who lives in Sicily, is retarded.
Non significa che non è necessario a livello contenutistico, ma che non è
necessario a livello grammaticale perché la frase funzionerebbe anche
senza.
The 747, which crashed the T.T. (Tween Towers), is a passenger plane
aircraft.

Paul, whose cats are white, is retired now.
