Passion fruit

cheesecake
Ingredients
-12 passion fruit
-300 gr. vanilla cookie
-¼ butter
-20 gr of unflavored gelatin
-300 ml of evaporated milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
-2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 80 gr. of sugar

Preparation
- Cut the passion fruit, reserve a little and blend the rest. then strain and separate the pulp
-Add cookies to blender until powdery
-Melt the butter over low heat
-In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the powdered biscuits
-Place this mixture in a mold and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
-Dissolve the flavorless gelatin with a little water and let it rest for a few minutes
-Mix the condensed milk very well with the passion fruit pulp that we separated, then slowly add the
evaporated milk, the previously melted unflavored gelatin and stir until everything is integrated
- Remove the cookie mold from the refrigerator and add this mixture. We put everything back in the
fridge for 40 min.
- In a pot add the passion fruit reserve, the sugar and followed by a few minutes the corn starch, stir
- Remove the mold from the refrigerator, add this jam and that's it, we're done.
