Prayer
Blessed Womb Mother heal me, hear me, allow me to unfold
and unravel into your sacred spirals of love, and heal past
hurts to my womanhood.
Help me to heal every abuse or painful comment, painful act
that is lodged here in my womb space.
I ask the Great Mother to help me remember my power &
divinity.
May I come to know all that no longer serves me, the stories
of my ancestors, those who came before me who may sit in
my womb.
Help me to release them to the light, to your unconditional
love and healing.
Help me come to know that I hold a gateway to the divine.
May I honour myself and this sacred gateway. May I come to
honour my womb space and celebrate the feminine within
me.
Blessed Womb Mother hold me in this space of knowing my
wounds will be healed. That healing may happen at the
deepest level within me and that pain will be washed clean
with your divine light.
For I wish to be whole again, to be abundant in Love and
Power. I wish to remember the truth of who I am.

And so it is.
Initiation
When we feel the call to embark on a
womb healing journey, the first stage is
initiating a connection to our centre, our
sacred womb space. This is often developed
through practices such as guided meditation,
touch and massage, breath work and us
making a conscious effort to tune in, listen to
and feel what our womb is communicating to
us through subtle signals & physical
sensations.

Once this initial connection has been

established, you will notice a deeper, more
natural flow of energy between the mind,
heart and womb. This flow will enable you to
recognise any recurring patterns in your life,
your own behaviours and the traits reflected
of those around you will become more
noticeable. You will develop an awareness of
what no longer serves you, and begin to
release, repair and rebuild a new found
sense of self love.
Visualisation
Take some time to relax comfortably, ground yourself and
anchor into a safe warm & calm space.
Spend a few moments focusing on slow, deep breathing,
then place one hand on your heart and the other gently
over your womb.
Continue the slow breaths, breathe deeply into your womb
and say out loud

”I am safe”
”I am healing”
“I am present”

Voicing these affirmations will enable your body to soften,

your mind to slow down and will bring your awareness to
any parts of you that are sensitive, feeling numb, painful or
any other sensations in your vessel that signal there may be
a blockage to clear.

Keeping your eyes closed, visualise your own womb space,

imagine physically going inside the space, what do you see?
How does it look? Are there images or memories that come
up for you? What colours and textures do you associate
with your womb?
Hold on to your thoughts & feelings and use this tool for
some personal journaling later.
Visualisation part 2
Now you have completed the first visualisation, had
some reflection time and journaled your visions,
thoughts and feelings, it’s time to fully release the past
and welcome the present.

Sit comfortably and anchor yourself back into a relaxed

state, closing your eyes, imagine exactly how you want
your womb space to be, as if it were a room you could
enter with endless possibilities, visualise the shape &
colours you want to see and the way it makes you feel.
Do you visualise a peaceful pure white space? Maybe a
garden full of blooming flowers? Or a tranquil spot by the
sea?

These are just ideas - go within and find your ideal womb
space, this will give you the opportunity to create a fresh
perspective of your womb & centre. Once this new
perspective has been established, you will connect to
your womb and sacred centre in a whole new way, taking
it into consideration in every day life like never before.
Cord Cutting
During the breath work and visualisation, there may have been
names that came to the surface, faces from the past, memories of
trauma or loss, sensations of warmth or discomfort. So much is
possible but very unique to each individual on this journey, it’s
important to recognise what effects this work is having on you and
what you want to achieve from it. For this stage of your womb
healing journey, it’s vital to be keeping record of anything that comes
up from the past, as that’s what’s needed to clear the womb space,
heal the trauma and gain the tools needed to maintain a connection
with your womb.

Names, places, memories, people ~ think about what came up for

you during the visualisation, and if you wish to let it go as part of your
healing, this can now be released through a process called “Cord
cutting“. This is when an individual is still connected energetically to
someone or something, and wants to detach from this spiritually,
emotionally, mentally & physically.

Once you have established the cords you’d like to cut, firstly set your
intentions and put them out into the universe. With closed eyes,
imagine a cord from your womb space attaching to whatever it may
be that you’d like to disconnect from, notice how the cord is keeping
you connected. Visualise this cord dissolving, being cut, burned or
melted, until it disappears, completing the detachment process.
Thank the connection for being a part of your journey, knowing it is
no longer needed and can no longer serve you. This may need to be
repeated as necessary but is an extremely powerful exercise to use
anytime
Cleanse and Renew
Cord cutting was the first stage of cleansing the womb
space and releasing trauma, stagnant energy and
emotions that no longer resonate with us. This can be
amplified through day to day life, for instance when we
bathe or shower - water is a great cleansing tool.
Use your hands and the water to cleanse, wash away and
energetically remove unwanted behaviours, make a
conscious effort in the water to practice breath work,
accept and release old patterns, negative influences and
irritable mood swings.
Next time you bathe or shower, take a few drops of your
favourite essential oil (lavender, frankincense, eucalyptus
etc.) in the water to stimulate your senses & create a
soothing environment. Use Epsom salts or Himalayan salt
to cleanse yourself spiritually. Visualise the oils and salts
absorbing and unwanted energy and washing it away.

Say out loud and repeat as often as necessary...

“I am not defined by my emotions“
”I am allowed to feel everything deeply“
”I will not carry tension in my body”
”I release what no longer serves me”
”I return to my highest self”

Yoni Steaming
The Yoni is known as the Sacred Temple in Sanskrit, this means “A place
to access our wisdom and power”.
Yoni steaming or vaginal steaming, is an ancient practice which is
particularly used in indigenous culture. African, Mayan, Greek and Native
Americans have all used regular yoni steaming rituals to honour and
connect to their divine feminine energy. This involves sitting comfortably
over a pot of steaming water, often infused with nourishing and healing
herbs. The steam allows the muscles to relax and the membranes open
up, allowing the herbal blend to heal, nurture and revitalise the yoni,
womb and woman as a whole.
Yoni Steaming is about women taking back ownership of our personal
health and wombs and utilizing our intuition as well as herbs from Mother
Earth, to support and nourish our overall well-being. This is also about
trusting, honouring and respecting the wisdom of generations of women
that have come before us.
~ It is not recommended to steam during your bleed or during pregnancy.

Release through Movement
Ecstatic dance/movement is not something commonly talked about in our
society, but is popular in other parts of the world as an ancient practice. The
benefits of this practice are endless, and it’s so simple to incorporate into
every day life. There is no right or wrong way, it’s completely unique to each
individual as it only involves Free movement, exiting your mind and allowing
your body to move to its natural rhythm. To put your favourite playlist on and
move your body in a way that feels good, empowering and pleasurable for
you. This will give you the opportunity to listen to new styles of music, for
example there are playlists designed to awaken the Kundalini and some
created for female empowerment or for tapping into a higher frequency.
When you dance with the intention to release emotions, you will find yourself
moving in ways you haven’t before, which is an incredible way to remove
stagnant energy and produce feel good hormones.

Ecstatic free dance can help heal trauma, reduce stress and relieve pain in the
body. You can shake out your stress, relieve pain and tension with this
practice and when you complete your session, you will usually be in a state of
bliss and serenity, fully connected to your self and your centre. If you are
doing this for the first time, feelings of sadness, anger and other emotions
may arise, as you are connecting to your divine feminine truth, these feelings
need to be honoured, and will improve with time as you release anything that
no longer serves you.

Reflection through
Journaling
When we embark on a healing journey or start to feel
awakened to a new way of living, it is natural to want to write
down our experiences, thoughts and emotions.
Journaling gives the opportunity to record our significant
moments during practices such as meditation or Yoni
steaming for example.
Any thoughts that come through, past memories, trauma and
divine guidance. When we become more conscious of our
patterns and lifestyle, reflecting becomes a regular part of our
day. If there is something you’re working on for self
improvement, journaling is a useful tool to write down and
record the situations we find ourselves in.
During emotional times, it is extremely uplifting and
constructive to release and express your feelings on to paper,
as it takes it away from the mind.
Throughout this ebook, take the time to journal your
experiences and acknowledge how you are feeling through
each stage of your cycle.
Grounding
Grounding is needed regularly as we are living in a world full of
distraction & consumption. To reconnect with your higher self, these
techniques are particularly useful:

~ Breathe deeply, breathe in for 4, hold for 4, and breathe out for 8
(seconds) repeat until you feel lighter and calm, start each day with
this practice.
~ Go outside, walk barefoot in nature, appreciate & connect with the
plants, trees and take in lots of fresh air. Walk through the
woods/forest. This is instantly uplifting no matter the weather or
season.
~ Stimulate the senses with incense, burning sage, essential oils or
enjoy your favourite warm drink, eat some juicy fruits and remember
they came from nature.
~ Dance/run/walk, move your body in a way that feels good, visualising
your feet planting into the ground.
~ Play your favourite songs and sing along.
~ Speak out loud some affirmations or read a page of a book that
resonates with how you’re feeling.
~ Draw, paint, express yourself through writing.. make some art and
get creative.
Acceptance
Society has us silencing our thoughts, feelings and
our deepest intuitive wisdom, it has been this way for
many years.
To dive deep into this healing journey, we as Sisters
must accept that we are divine, sacred beings with
unlimited power and abundance within us & all
around us, especially when we come together.
We hold the ability to grow, create and nurture New
Life.
Its time we reprogram our sacred womb space, and
encourage healthy, divine balanced energy along
with the useful healing tools we learn along the way.
You are the supreme, the creator of life, the epitome
of feminine.
The divine passage, your sacred space, the portal
between two realms... This is your womb healing
journey.
Bleed
One of the most healing ways to connect with our womb & Yoni is
directly through our menstrual blood. Most of us spend many
years hiding it away, never acknowledging it, we use disposable
pads and tampons to absorb our blood, then discard them
quickly without a second thought. There has been a deep level of
shame and feeling of disgust around a woman’s monthly bleed for
as long as I can remember.
As divine feminine women, we have to take our power back. Using
a menstrual cup, we can collect our blood, observe it, admire it,
feel it and learn to love it, as it is part of us.
Use your blood to give back to Mother Earth. Put drops of it in
your plans to nourish the soil, take it to the woods and pour it into
the ground. Set beautiful intentions to connect with nature, saying
goodbye to the old and hello to a new cycle. We can also dedicate
time to Freebleed, this brings our awareness back to our body and
allows us to recognise when we are bleeding and just how natural
& liberating it is.

Please consider switching from sanitary pads and tampons (they

are full of harmful chemicals and no good for the environment).
There are much healthier options available, menstrual pants, cups
and organic pads with no toxic nasties.
Self Massage
Take 15 minutes to yourself, create a warm and safe space with
soft lighting, calming music and anything that makes you feel
special (crystals, essential oils, candles etc.)
Using a gentle oil such as grapeseed or olive oil, you can add a few
drops of essential oil such as lavender or frankincense for extra
aroma and relaxation. Gently lie on your back and massage the oil
into your abdomen, across your navel, hips and down to your
pubic bone.
Take your time, softly feeling into your womb space, around your
rib cage and down around your navel, sides of your tummy & hips,
applying a pressure you’re comfortable with. Feel for any tense,
tight areas, any bumps and tender spots that need some extra
care. Massage over these areas for around 10 minutes.
Use your hands to work in rhythm with your chosen song, this will
enable you to fully relax and feel completely soothed.
Finish your massage with some softer strokes and healing
affirmations.
Be sure to drink plenty of water after you have finished and be
extra loving with yourself, run a hot bath & drink your favourite
tea.
Checking in
with your Womb
Each rising when you wake, the best way to gently
start your day is to check in with the womb space.
Place both hands in a triangular shape over the
womb and ask these questions...

~ What do I need right now?

~ Am I feeling hydrated/nourished?
~ How can I find pleasure & joy today?
~ What am I grateful for?
~ What am I releasing today?
~ What am I breathing life into today?

Write down anything that comes up for you.

Setting the tone of your day in this way will ensure
your productivity levels are high and you’ll feel fulfilled
whether you have a restful day or if you are busy
ticking off a to do list.
