Interviewee 2

For the written assignment, the second interviewee was Mdm Nor Hariti Binti Jalil and currently self
employed as contract specialist in Kuala Lumpur from 2019 till now. She also an entrepreneur who
selling scones as side income and she also mention she want make her product international. Basically,
she has plenty of experiences from past. She is a Chartered accountant from ICAA New Zealand and also
member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She expert in several prospect which are management
strategy and transformation, program management and Halal industry development. Currently she
working on halal certification program for her supply chain company.

Talking about the experiences, she has a lot and it started in 1991. She was a manager in Arthur
Andersen Business Consulting in Kuala Lumpur for 10 years. Then she was in Cap Gemini Ernst & young
as Senior manager there for almost 1 years 2 month. Then in 2003 to 2006, she was a head management
in public services for the AI group. Then she also working as Director for Malaysian Agri-food
Corporation berhad form 2006 to 2010. In April 2012, she was vice-president business operation in Halal
Industry Development Corporation till 0ct 2014 and on Nov same year she was vice president for Halal
Integrity in same corporation until February 2017. Next, she was executive Directors in Ernst and Young
advisory till February 2019.
