Pulse Healthcare Service was founded in 2017 by Rubaba Dowla. Rubaba Dowla is a pioneer with a proven track record in brand management, product
developments, and business communication. She is currently in charge of Airtel Bangladesh’s services and mobile commerce division. She has been
working in the telecommunications industry for more than sixteen years, and during that time she has been heavily involved in planning corporate vision
and long-term strategy, driving all marketing-related functions, including leading numerous product innovations with P&L responsibility, segmentation,
VAS, brand administration and development, and so forth. She presently oversees Airtel Bangladesh’s Chief Service Office.

According to Ms. Dowla, it’s critical to complete tasks on time when working. In the corporate world, tasks must be completed immediately.
