BANDAGULAN 2023 MECHANICS

Guidelines/ Mechanics:

 Open to all interested amateur bands (Non- Professional/Non-recording, no member

from any professional bands, non-winning of any major contest.)
 No minimum as to how many bands will participate in the contest.
 No members limit, open to all, can be a combination of male and female or composed
of all male or all female
 There is no restriction as to genre of music to be performed.
 Medley and pre-recorded songs of any kind are prohibited.
 Registration fee must be paid during the submission of application.
 The official participating bands will perform 3 set of songs, maximum of 15 minutes.
Five (5) minutes will be allocated for stage preparation.
 Participants are requested to be at the venue at least one hour before the official starts
of the event. The Organizers reserve the right not to allow participants who will come
late during the actual event.
 All bands shall provide their own instruments. However, drum set will be provided by
the organizers.

The Alpha Kappa Rho Tambo Chapter is organizing a BANDAGULAN ‘23(Bottle of the Band) on March 16, 2023, this
is one of the events that will add to the beauty on the celebration of The Feast of Saint Joseph the Worker On March
18-19, 2023.The Organization come up with this fund raising activity to give percentage to the improvement of the
Barangay Tambo Chapel and for other humanitarian services that the group is plan to organized.

In connection with this activity, we would like to ask permission from your good office if you can allow as to use the
covered court located at Tambo Elementary School to served as the venue of our event. If you would allow us to
used your facility, we will assure you that we will maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the school, we will
make sure that we will only use the covered court and the old pavilion as our venue.

Any untoward incident or damage in the school we will be liable for it and we will also share some percentage to the
school as our gratitude for letting our group to use your facility.

Registration Deadline: Registration form MUST be complete and turn over to the AKP Tambo Chapter Officers with
payment on March 5, 2023.
Registration for this competition is Open ONLY to All AMATEUR BAND. After the registration deadline, the band will be notified
together with the competition pocket that will have more information about the event.

We the Alpha Kappa Rho Tambo Chapter organized a BANDAGULAN ’23 a Battle of the Band with a theme
“An Pagsalingoy sa Kaugmahan” a fund-raising activity whose main beneficiary is the improvement of Tambo Barangay Chapel
and other humanitarian activities that the group will be organized.
The said activity will be on March 16, 2023 at Tambo Elementary School this is one of the events in for the Week-Long Celebration
of the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker.
