    Acknowledgement with ADM´s Policies: Protect Forests, Biodiversity and Communities and Respect of Human
    Rights

    This is to acknowledge that the supplier to ADM, as mentioned below at the Signature line, has duly received
    and read ADM’s Policy to Protect Forests, Biodiversity and Communities and Commitment to Respect Human
    Rights (hereinafter referred to as “Policies ”). The supplier hereby agrees to comply with the standards
    mentioned and referenced to in the Policies and all related policies and procedures. The supplier further
    acknowledges that it is their responsibility to understand and follow compliance standards, as well as to
    adhere to the ethical principles outlined in the Policies.

    The supplier will report any potential violation of Policies, which they become aware of, promptly to ADM.
    The supplier understands that any violation of the Policies is subject to ADM’s procedure pertaining to
    Managing Supplier Non-Compliance.

    The supplier understands that if they have any questions, at any time, regarding the Policies, they shall
    consult with ADM.
