1. The first goal is facilitating organizational competitiveness which means, this general word
refers to an organization's capacity to use its resources effectively in order to provide goods
and services that go above and beyond what customers expect. It describes a company's
capacity to manage its market position in both products and services while attaining
corporate objectives. In contrast to the company's procedures and processes, the quality of
the personnel is a competitive advantage in human resources. The competitive advantage
belongs to businesses with better staff, in the end. What distinguishes a business from its
competitors is its competitive advantage. The next goal is enhancing productivity and
quality which means, the greater productivity level is, the fewer reworks are needed. When
a company's quality is good, one may expect that its standards are also high, and this
remains true for its safety procedures, programs, and components. Safety and quality are
enhanced through productivity. Customer and staff satisfaction often rises as productivity
and quality are improved in your company. You may consistently enhance all of your work-
flow processes by utilizing quality management system approaches like process mapping,
benchmarking, and cost-benefit analysis. The next goal is complying with legal and social
obligations. Work engagement is encouraged by human resources as a way to guarantee
productivity and compliant behavior. Ensuring adherence to the company's code of conduct
as well as legal and regulatory requirements is the common purpose of compliance.
Companies are required to operate within the framework that controls the workplace
environment in order to safeguard both the employee and the employer. Organizations must
develop policies and practices that integrate local, state, and regulatory standards with their
business strategy and objectives. The last but not the least goal is promoting individual
growth and development. - Helping employees develop their skills and knowledge is a
powerful strategy for HR to promote employee growth. Soft skills include the ability to
speak properly, listen intently, resolve problems, work well in teams, and successfully
manage time, to mention a few. Additionally, career development boosts worker
motivation and output. You can attract top talent and keep valuable employees by paying
attention to their career development. Overall, I agree that some human resource
management goals are more important than others. The culture of an organization can be
developed, reinforced, or changed with the use of human resources. HR is responsible for
several important aspects of organizational culture, including compensation, performance
management, training and development, hiring and onboarding, and reinforcing company
values. According to the research, every corporation should place a higher priority on the
expansion of HRM because it helps the company grow successfully and globally.

2. Individuals who have studied human resource management are better able to evaluate
potential applicants in light of their personal qualities and key job-related skills. As a result,
those taking a degree in human resource management have a good opportunity of learning
the essential skills that a recruiting manager needs to have. Most businesses view their
employees as important assets. If the company adopts the concept of creating effective
management for its human resource management department, it will be attainable. As a
result, human resources help organizations and companies build cohesive teams with
unique organizational cultures. With this, the workforce has a good possibility of becoming
engaged in or developing their current activity. Effective human resource management, to
put it simply, aids the organization in raising production. Students that study human
resources learn more about the creation of a strategy approach to hire, train, and develop
employees, who are an organization's most valuable resource. Therefore, students should
be prepared to master the essential qualities that a competent recruiting manager should
have.
