UNIT 2 EXPLORE: THAT SUGAR FILM 2014 ANALYSIS
From what you have watched, is it of vital importance for manufacturers of the
sugar industry to regulate the production of sugar-based products and
consumers to minimize their consumption if both were to achieve eudaimonia
together? Elaborate.
Both will achieve eudaimonia if the manufacturers and consumers regulate
sugar consumptions. That film showed us that too much sugar intake is harmful
to physical and mental health. Achieving eudaimonia means you have to be
virtuous and be virtuous; you must do good things for yourself or everyone else.
Some food manufacturers hide the sugar in their product, yet they declared it
"healthy." They trick their customers for the sake of earning tons of money. That is
not a virtuous act. As human beings, we must always take care of our bodies. To
have a healthy lifestyle, we must follow a specific healthy diet. God gave us our
bodies, and we must take care of it, no matter what happens. Our body needs
sugar to survive, but everything excessive is not good. We must always balance
everything and discipline our selves to follow the golden mean. If we followed
the golden mean regularly, we would achieve eudaimonia.
