16 Personality Reflection

For my 16 personality quiz I received the mediator as my result, I feel as though the mediator
is an accurate description of me. I found I have many of the strengths mentioned under this
personality as well as weaknesses. A weakness mentioned in this personality test is emotionally
vulnerable, I tend to take on a lot of other people's problems all while trying to get through my
own. Another weakness I have that this personality has is being self-critical, I tend to look down
on myself a lot and become really upset if I can't easily reach a goal. I also have a lot of
strengths from this personality type as well, I'm passionate, creative, generous, and open-
minded. I never want to judge anyone, and I want everyone to feel loved and follow their
dreams.
When it comes to my career plans, I think the mediator is an accurate depiction of what I want
to do in the future, I have always wanted to help people and I have considered social work and
environment conservation as my main career paths. When it comes to my work environment, I
just want everyone to be equal and happy with where they are, I want everyone's ideas heard
and considered. My workplace habits line up with the ones in the mediator personality, I try to
always be upbeat at work and considerate of customers and my fellow employees. I also enjoy
having the ability to be creative in the workplace, whether that’s organizing items differently or
helping plan a new logo, poster, or ad.

In conclusion I believe I received the correct personality that shows who I am, what I value,
and how I act day to day. I enjoyed this quiz as it helped me realize a lot of things about myself.
