Objective : 1. To create awareness among the

students and staff about the production
of safe food from the minimum land
2. Effective utilization of Bio-waste .

Infrastructure available the : Prepared an action plan based on the

centre available land in the institution.

Action plan with mile stone : June : Preparation of Land

July : Manuring and plant protection

August : Harvesting of vegetables.

Achievable target : 100 Kg of raw vegetables

Monitoring mechanism : Department of agriculture, KrishiBhavan

Expected benefits and outcome : 1. Expected production of 100 Kg

vegetables which can be used as food
for students
2. Provide safe vegetables which is free
of pesticides to students.
3. Encouragement to students and staff in
organic vegetable cultivation.
