Shoulders Shoulder flys 3 sets of 16 reps 5 lbs. Had difficulty lifting
a bit over shoulder
height but was
manageable.
Back Cable Rows 2 sets of 12 reps 25 lbs. Back began to feel
sore after cooling
down needed to
slow down to make
sure I wasn’t
holding my breath.
Biceps Dumbbells 2 sets of 10 reps 5 lbs. Very weak at the
arms, was shaking
after the first rep.
Triceps Dumbbells 3 sets of 10 reps 5 lbs. / 10 lbs. Manageable, on my
last set I did 10 lbs.
to feel fatigue.
Squats Cable donkey 3 sets of 10 reps 25 lbs. Was hard to
kicks concentrate my
breathing but felt
pressure/fatigue at
hamstrings.
